(1) The trust will have the following assets, except for those that have been nationalized and separately arranged by the Government of Nepal:–

(a)  Raja Birendra, Rani Aishwarya and her family's assets under trust at the time of their death Government of Nepal to bring, assets decided by the Cabinet,

(b) the property increased from the property referred to in clause (a) or the property acquired before the commencement of this Act in respect of such property or to be received after the commencement of this Act,

(c)  Raja Birendra, Rani Aishwarya and her family in any way received or may be received or entitled to or may be entitled to or entitled to or may be entitled to someone else's name or benami property,

(d)  Clause (a), (Raja Birendra except as written in b) or (c), Any other property that may accrue to Queen Aishwarya and her family after the commencement of this Act,

(e)  Government of Nepal time–at Other assets provided,

(f) property received from a foreign government or any native or foreign person or organization.

(2) Clause (a) of sub-section (1), (b), (property under c) or (d) at the time of commencement of this Act in the country or abroad wherever in any case any person or If it is in the name of the organization

However, after the commencement of this Act, it shall be deemed that such property is automatically transferred to the name of the trust or that the right of the trust is automatically retained in such property.

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing law, the property under sub-section (1)No person or organization shall have any right or claim on it and no right or claim shall be created in accordance with the law relating to share or inheritance in such property.

(4) If a written request is received from the trust to transfer the property in the name of the trust or to be transferred in accordance with this section, the officer shall cancel the registration of the property, even if such property is in the name of any person or organization, in the name of the trust. Must be named.

(5) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, no fee shall be charged in case of canceling the registered property under this section.
